Mailbox Area, Bus Stop, Fishing Pond, & Future Playground
Don't forget to grab a fishing pole when you head out to check the mail. Try your luck in our fishing pond! Enjoy a neighborly chat while you wait for the school bus at the bus stop. There are plans to build a playground in this area soon. Be on the lookout for our next neighborhood yard sale!
Boat Launch & Pavilion
Our neighborhood is the avid fisherman's paradise with access to Merricks Creek, Harrison Creek, and the NE Cape Fear River. We highly recommend taking a sunset cruise to catch "magic hour." Contact the HOA Executive Board if you would like to reserve the pavilion for an event!
Wooded Trails
Our trials are an equestrian's dream. Whether you choose to explore on horseback, ATV, or foot, you are sure to be mesmerized by the beauty of our nature trails and wildlife.
Large Commonland Area & Horseshoe Pond
If you are looking for nature's playground, homeowners can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in the commonland.
