HOA Dues

2025 HOA Dues must be paid in full by December 31, 2025.

2026 HOA Dues must be paid in full by June 30, 2026

On January 1st 2025, Equine Acres HOA began collecting late fees for delinquent HOA dues. A fee of $20 will be charged for each month after 30 days of delinquency. Privileges of the HOA (common land areas, boat launch, and pavilion) will be suspended for those homeowners with delinquent dues. Please contact the HOA Executive Board for any hardships.  ​
